Tent Requirements

  • 10' x 10' tent strongly encouraged
  • Tent weights required
  • Tables and chairs supplied by vendor
  • No staking into pavement
  • Rental company recommendations available

Food Vendor Requirements

  • Certificate of Insurance required
  • Business license required
  • Temporary food permit, if applicable
  • Food handler certification, if applicable
  • Must remove trash and clean booth space
Market Passport Program

Shop · Collect · Win

Every registered grandparent receives an event passport, complimentary event shirt, and access to raffle participation. The passport drives traffic to vendor booths and rewards guests for shopping local.

Guests collect one stamp from each participating vendor they visit.

How do I pay?

Payment is processed through a secure link sent after approval. Registration is confirmed once payment is received.

What if it rains?

One rain date will be offered in the event of inclement weather. No refunds will be issued.

Is electricity available?

Limited electricity may be available. Please note this on your application. Availability is not guaranteed.

Do retail vendors need a COI?

Retail vendors do not need a COI unless requested. Food vendors and certain sponsors may need documentation after approval.
