Return Policy for Silicone Snack Totes
Hello there, amazing customer! At MoonFare, we want you to be nothing short of thrilled with your new silicone snack totes. But if things go a little sideways, we've got your back. Check out how we handle returns:
Oh No! Damaged Items:
- If your snack tote arrives feeling a little less than perfect, just let us know within 30 days of delivery.
- We'll swap it out for a shiny new one or send you a refund—whichever you prefer!
- And don't worry, we'll handle the return shipping costs for damaged items because we believe in happy snacks and happy customers.
Oops! Unwanted Returns:
- Changed your mind? No problem! Just make sure the tote is still in its original packaging and let us know within 14 days.
- We'll process your return and issue a refund back to your original payment method.
- We'll get everything sorted within 10 days, but keep in mind there might be a little restocking fee involved.
- You'll need to cover the shipping back to us, but think of it as sending your tote on a little vacation!
Absolutely No Exceptions:
- We're sticking to the plan, so no exceptions to these rules, but we're always here to help you navigate any questions!
